Relaxation Massage
The most common form of massage, Swedish massage, mainly relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains. The gliding stroke of effleurage and kneading stroke of petrissage are characteristic to this type of massage.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage combines the work of traditional Swedish massage and other modalities to provide the client with relief to specific areas of discomfort or tension. The therapist will work with the client to help achieve release in areas of concern.

Focused Essential Oil Therapy
This technique is a powerful, non-invasive tool that assists the body to release pain, toxins and emotions by using 7 to 9 anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-spasmodic essential oils which are applied and massaged along the spine. Aromatherapy
Intuitive Oil Massage
This treatment includes the use of essential oils, as the practitioner is guided, to be used along with either massage or energy therapies. Nancy will use her intuitive gifts and will customize this treatment to include essential oils that will work synergistically to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance. Crystals and precious gems may also be used to assist alignment of the subtle energy body.

Energy Therapy
Reiki
This is a gentle method of hands-on healing that taps into the energy referred to as ki (pronounced “chi”) in Japan, qi (pronounced “chi”) in China, and prana in India. The practice of Reiki is based on the teachings of Mikao Usui, who practiced and taught healing techniques in early twentieth century Japan. Reiki is not massage, hypnosis or a tool for diagnosing illness. It is a technique that addresses both chronic and acute conditions, gently and powerfully promoting balance among all the body’s systems and the regenerative processes of body and mind. BioMat Far Infrared Therapy
Experience Tri-Synergy therapeutics far infrared rays, negative ions, amethyst crystals to promote relaxation, relieve pain, increased circulation and more! Clients experience a “deeper” sensation as the mat promotes healing at a cellular level.

Polarity Therapy

In a typical session, the practitioner assesses energetic attributes using palpation, observation and interview methods. Sessions do not require disrobing, and involve soft touch, some rocking as well as point specific touch.
